Kittrell, Armstrong and Waldrop (KAW) was formed in July, 2007, with the merger of Kittrell & Armstrong and Waldrop Properties. Partners Bryant Kittrell, Stan Armstrong and Michael Waldrop brought over 50 years of combined experience in real estate to the newly formed organization. The company specializes in commercial and industrial real estate transactions, offering commercial, income producing properties and 1031 tax-free exchanges, as well as large, industrial properties throughout North Carolina.

At your option, KAW markets and develops properties both publicly and with complete privacy and discretion. Since many of our clients are ready to invest in suitable opportunities at any time, your properties can be offered and sold privately, without the use of advertising.

In 2006, Kittrell and Armstrong achieved the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation to connect them with qualified commercial brokers around the United States as well as in North Carolina. Armstrong and Kittrell are also currently working toward the designation of Accredited Land Consultant through the Realtors Land Institute to provide more professional service to buyers and sellers of large tracts of land. Armstrong also holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designations and is a member of FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation). In addition, Waldrop, Kittrell and Armstrong are all currently pursuing appropriate Securities licenses to allow them to offer Tenants in Common investments as an option for their 1031 clients.
